If you are a business user, we accept no liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

11. Unfair Terms

If you are a consumer, any term that is found to be unfair within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 (as retained in UK law) shall not bind you, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.

12.1 What We Sell

We offer paid group rides (Steady and Brisk pace bands), the First Pedal beginner programme, bike hire, and printed route materials. Current prices are published on our Home page and Group Rides page. You will receive written confirmation of the service, date, and total price before payment is taken.

12.2 How to Book and Pay

Book via our contact form, email, or phone. Payment is requested only after we confirm availability. We accept bank transfer and card payment at our Bradford base unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12.3 Cancellation by You

We may cancel a ride due to severe weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. If we cancel a paid service, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.

Faulty goods (e.g., hired bikes that are unroadworthy) may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about the Website or our services, please contact us first at clients@drainingkneesflo.shop. We will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution (ADR). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the Website, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
