How to Reach Us
Our meetup point is at the Retail Park on Manningham Lane, a short walk from Bradford city centre. From Bradford Interchange station, allow 12–15 minutes on foot or five minutes by bus along Manningham Lane.
Cycle parking is available on-site. If you are driving, there is paid parking in the retail park — arrive early on Saturday mornings as spaces fill quickly during peak shopping hours. We recommend pinning our location before your first visit so you find the correct unit entrance.
For group ride reservations, include your preferred pace band (Social, Steady, or Brisk) and whether you need bike hire. For the First Pedal beginner programme, mention your availability across two weeks so we can schedule all three sessions.

Yes. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08770057), based at Retail Park, Manningham Ln, Bradford BD1 3AH, and registered with the ICO as a data controller. You can visit our base during published group ride times or contact us by phone and email.
What is your refunds policy?
Paid group rides cancelled 24+ hours ahead receive a full refund. The First Pedal programme has a 14-day cooling-off period if you have not started. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. Social rides are free — just let us know if you cannot attend.
How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to reply within two working days, often sooner. Messages received on Friday evening or weekends are answered on Monday. For urgent group ride updates on the day, call us directly.
Do I need to book group rides in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome on Social rides if space allows. Steady and Brisk bands require a quick reservation so we can balance group size. Use the contact form or phone to reserve.
Can I visit without joining a ride?
Yes. Drop in during meetup times to chat with a ride leader, pick up printed route maps, or arrange bike hire. Outside those hours, email us to arrange a visit.
